Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Because in certain circumstances we gather certain types of information about our users, we want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the types of information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. These privacy practices apply to the TrafficHaus website that you were viewing when you clicked through to this policy, which is operated directly by us.

    What information does Traffic Haus collect?

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. Several of the services and features that we offer on our websites require you to provide us with information as a condition of usage. These include access to subscription-only areas, the ability to post opinions or other content, participation in sweepstakes or contests, participation in message boards, and use of our Services (as defined in our Terms of Use) in general.

We collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number and credit card information when you provide it to us. From time to time, when you provide it to us, we may also collect other sensitive information such as your job title, gender, username and password. We may also receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information you provided to us.

Once you register with a Traffic Haus website you are no longer anonymous to us.

Privacy and Data Protection Agreement This Privacy and Data Protection Agreement ("Agreement") amends (for valid consideration which is hereby acknowledged as duly received) the agreement entered into between the Partner and the TrafficHaus entity ("TrafficHaus") for the selling and/or purchasing of advertising inventory and serving of advertisements to Users ("Agreement"). This Agreement shall be become effective as of the date both Partner and TrafficHaus engage in business. TrafficHaus provision of the Service to Partner entails the transmission and processing of data retrieved, sent and received by and from its customers (including Partner) and their Users, clients and other third parties. Such data may constitute Personal Information (as defined below). Therefore, the parties agree to comply with the following provisions:

  1. Definitions.
    1. "Affiliates" means with respect to a Party, all entities which, directly or indirectly, control, are being controlled by, or are under common control with such Party.
    2. "Data Protection Laws" means any applicable data protection or privacy laws or regulations. It shall include
      • (a) the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and EU e-Privacy Directive 2002/58/EC as implemented by countries within the European Economic Area ("EEA");
      • (b) from 25 May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") as implemented by countries within the EEA and in the UK; and/or
      • (c) other laws or regulations that are similar, equivalent to, successors to, or that are intended to or implement the laws or regulations that are identified in (a) and (b) above and applicable to Partner in relation to the transmission and processing of Personal Information under or in relation to the Agreement.
    3. "Individual" means a natural person to whom Personal Information relates, also referred to as "Data Subject" pursuant to GDPR.
    4. "TrafficHaus Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy available at TrafficHaus official website: http://www.traffichaus.com or at any other or additional location, as may be updated from time to time. 1.5. "Personal Information" means information relating to an identified or identifiable Individual, also referred to as "Personal Data" pursuant to GDPR.
    5. "Process" or "Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is or are performed upon Personal Information, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.
    6. "Service" means TrafficHaus and/or its Affiliates' proprietary technology and/or services for enabling and optimizing publishers and advertisers' ability to sale and purchase advertising inventory on certain mobile applications and mobile/desktop websites, including via programmatic auction (if applicable).
    7. "Users" means a human end-user accessing a mobile/web application/website.
  2. Roles. Partner and TrafficHaus each agree and acknowledge that where a party Processes Personal Information under or in connection with the Agreement it alone determines the purposes and means of such Processing as a data controller (as defined under applicable Data Protection Laws).
  3. Compliance with Laws. Each party confirms that it has complied, and will continue to comply with its obligations relating to Personal Information that apply to it under applicable Data Protection Laws.
  4. Partner's Processing. Partner warrants that it has provided adequate notices to and obtained valid consents from Users, in each case, to the extent necessary for TrafficHaus to Process their Personal Information or other information in connection with the Agreement and as described in the TrafficHaus Privacy Policy including, without limitation for direct marketing activities and international transfers of Personal Information outside of the EEA including to TrafficHaus. Partner will on request provide records of all consents obtained to TrafficHaus. Partners shall notify TrafficHaus in writing within 24 hours of Partner receiving User's objection to or withdrawal of User's consent to Process their Personal Information or other information including, without limitation for direct marketing activities and international transfers of Personal Information outside of the EEA. Partner will not by act or omission, cause TrafficHaus to violate the TrafficHaus Privacy Policy, any Data Protection Laws, notices provided to, or consents obtained from, Users as result of Processing Personal Information in connection with or TrafficHaus otherwise performing the Service under the Agreement.
  5. Traffichuas Processing. TrafficHaus and/or its Affiliates' will Process Personal Information in accordance with the TrafficHaus Privacy Policy.
  6. Limitation of Access. Each party will limit access to Personal Information to those personnel who require such access only as necessary to fulfill such party's obligation under the Agreement.
  7. Information Security. Each party will maintain appropriate administrative, physical, organizational and technical safeguards aimed at maintaining an appropriate level of security, confidentiality and integrity of the Personal Information, in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws, and official guidelines as provided by the competent authorities and good industry practice. Each party undertakes monitor compliance with these safeguards and will not materially decrease the overall security controls during the terms of the Agreement.
  8. Assistance. Partner will provide TrafficHaus with all necessary assistance, in connection with communications from, or requests made by Data Subjects in relation to their rights under Data Protection Laws, and supervisory authorities, in each case as they relate to User Personal Information.
  9. Audit. Partner will make available all information necessary, including records of consents referred to in clause 4 above, to demonstrate Partner´s compliance with this Agreement and will permit and contribute to any data audits reasonably required by TrafficHaus upon TrafficHaus prior written request and advanced notice.
  10. Compliance. Each party is responsible to make sure that all relevant personnel of such party adhere to this Agreement.
  11. Miscellaneous. Any alteration or modification of this Agreement is not valid unless made in writing and executed by duly authorized personnel of both parties. Invalidation of one or more of the provisions under Agreement will not affect the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions. Invalid provisions will be replaced to the extent possible by those valid provisions which achieve essentially the same objective. Partner acknowledge that TrafficHaus and/or its Affiliates may disclose this Agreement and any relevant privacy provisions in the Agreement to any supervisory authority, regulator or other competent authority, to the extent required under the applicable law. Such disclosure will not constitute a breach of TrafficHaus confidentiality obligation under the Agreement.     Cookies?

Your Internet browser has a feature called cookies, which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to any of our websites. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit TrafficHaus, although active participation in certain areas of our websites may require cookies. Cookies alone tell us nothing about who you are unless you specifically give us personally identifiable information, in which case we use the information to enhance the Services in the ways described below. By adjusting your settings on your browser, you may elect not to allow cookies to be collected.

We also use technologies, including electronic images known as "beacons"–sometimes called "transparent GIFs or clear GIFs"–that allow us to track general user-traffic patterns. We also automatically receive and record information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time of your visit to pages on our site, and information about pages you visited. Unless you have registered for one of our products or services, the information we gather through the use of tracking technologies cannot be matched with any personally identifiable information about you.

We use cookies and tracking technologies in a variety of ways, including without limitation:

    • Keeping count of return visits to our website or our publishers' or advertisers' or partners' websites;
    • Accumulating and reporting anonymous, aggregate (data collected in mass), statistical information on website and Service usage, including Transactional Data (as defined in Section 11 of our Terms of Use);
    • Determining which features our overall user population likes best;
    • Saving your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our websites;

    • We allow other companies that are presenting advertisements on our websites and, sometimes, in our newsletters to use tracking technology on your computer. We do not give any personally identifiable information to them as part of this relationship. Unless you visit the website of these companies and provide them with personally identifiable information about yourself, these tracking technologies tell those advertisers nothing about who you are. Our advertisers' use of tracking technology is subject to their own privacy policies.

    How do we use the information?

We use the information we gather for four general purposes:

    • To customize the advertising and the content you see;
    • To enhance the user experience at TrafficHaus and related and affiliated websites. We use tracking information to determine how well each page and each feature of the Services performs overall ba sed on aggregate user demographics and traffic patterns to those pages and related features. This helps us continue to build a better service for you;
    • To fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and enabling you to participate in paid services, polls, contests, and message boards;
    • To send you information you agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to you.

    How do we share the information?

Personally identifiable information

We will make your personally identifiable information available to other companies or people when:

    • You have elected to allow us to share that information at the time that you registered with us or provided us the information, or through a subsequent affirmative election through our website.
    • You volunteer information or create a public profile in the course of your participation in our community features such as forums, user opinions and reviews, chat rooms, or other forms of public communication and interaction.
    • You use co-branded services (i.e., websites or services that we offer to you in connection with a partner, who is identified on the site). When you use a co-branded service within TrafficHaus and related and affiliated websites, you grant us permission to pass your registration information back to that service partner. Their use of your information is subject to their applicable privacy policies.
    • We hire third-party vendors to provide specialized services such as customer support; email message deployment; suppression, merge and de-duplication services; data processing; and special products or services that you have requested. These companies are only allowed to use the information in order to help us fulfill our services to you. We do not provide your information to these companies for their own, permanent use.
    • You unsubscribe for a mailing that we send to you on behalf of a third party. We may share your removal instruction with the third party so that it may be added to that person's list of people to whom they may not send emails.
    • You are the winner of a contest or a sweepstakes that is co-sponsored with a third party and that third party needs your information in order to manage the prize fulfillment process.
    • When required by law, such as when we respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
    • We believe that your actions violate applicable laws, Traffic Haus’ Terms of Use, or any usage guidelines for specific products or services, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.

    Aggregate information

We aggregate personally identifiable information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for marketing, promotional, and other purposes. We do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally. We also aggregate Transactional Data and use it for the purposes set forth in the Terms of Use. We do not disclose this information in any manner that could be used to identify you personally.

    Business transfers

We are always seeking to improve the TrafficHaus website, the Services and our business. In accomplishing these ob jectives, we may buy or sell a company, or one or more of the companies in our corporate family may merge with or be acquired by another company. If we sell a business, we may transfer some or all of your information as a part of the sale in order that the service being provided to you may continue or for other business purposes.


    How can I review and update my personally identifiable information?

You can review, correct, or change the information collected during the registration process. The instructions for doing this can be found in our member-services areas. Users may change information at any time and as often as necessary. Users who are experiencing problems with our Services or who have questions about how our Services work can contact us using e-mail addresses at the bottom of this page.


    How will I know if the privacy policy is changed?

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area of our network of websites. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our websites that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement. If we are going to be using the information collected from users in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will send affected users written notice of the change by e-mail.


    Privacy of children

Neither TrafficHaus nor any of the websites within our network is directed to children under the age of 18. We operate our network of websites in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 18 years of age. This requirement is clearly posted during the registration process.
